The value of the real property owned by Carmen Schwaderer, deceased, <br />does not exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate owned by decedent <br />is as follows: <br />The Southerly Forty-Five Feet (S45') of Lots Four (4), <br />Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Four (4), Brett and Johnson's <br />Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />now City of Wood River <br />2. More than thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. <br />Carmen Schwaderer died on September 5, 1999 (see attached Death Certificate). <br />3. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal <br />Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />4. Darrel E. Schwaderer, widower of Carmen E. Schwaderer, is entitled to <br />the above described property because Carmen Schwaderer died intestate and Darrel E. <br />Schwaderer is entitled to the first $50,000.00 of Carmen's estate. <br />5. The value of Carmen Schwaderer's entire estate did not exceed <br />$25,000.00. <br />6. No other person, other than Darrel E. Schwaderer, has a right to the <br />interest of the Decedent in the above described property. <br />
