<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the �
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by ROEBUCK ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability �
<br />Company, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September
<br />15, 2010, recorded September 16, 2010 as Instrument #201006712 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT SIX (6), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), LAMBERT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7), EXCEPT
<br />THE WESTERLY THIRTEEN AND TWO TENTHS (13.2) FEET THEREOF,AND ALL OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK EIGHT (8), EVANS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND lSLAND HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
