<br />W H E R� A S, t h e u n d e r s i g n e d, F i v e P o i n t s B a n k, a N e b r a s k a C o r p oration, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2006, executed by Tyler Williams, a single person, in which Five Points
<br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #0200602901 on the 4th day of
<br />April, 2006, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Sunny Acres Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
