<br />THAT WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of
<br />Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed, executed by Joshua D
<br />Miller, whose address is 406 E ll St., Wood River, NE 68883 and
<br />Caylin R Miller, whose address is 406 E ll St., Wood River, NE
<br />68883, husband and wife, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, dated on July 21, 2008 and recorded on August 4, 2008 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Inst. 0200806671, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary names in the Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
