<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of March 2011, OneWest Bank, FSB, as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Julia Nickerson aka
<br />Julie Nickerson, Title Source, Inc., Trustee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary,
<br />John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, as the defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Julia
<br />Nickerson aka Julie Nickerson, a single woman, to Title Source, Inc., as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, hic., solely as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., Beneficiary, to
<br />foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendants,
<br />to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is
<br />dated December 22, 2006 and was recorded on January 18, 2007, as Instrument number 0200700457 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT 3, BLOCK 2, PLEASANT VIEW TWELFTH SUBDIVISION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on March 16, 2011, as Instrument Number 201102103 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
