<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indel�tedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among ROGER C
<br />NEALEIGH AND LOUISE E NEALEIGH husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State
<br />Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated February 24, 1996, and
<br />recorded on March 1, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as s�
<br />Instrument Number 96-101514 has been paid; and ,f
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Fanners State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payrnent and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
