<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debts named therein, the FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />2015 North Broadwell, Grand Island, Nebraska hereby releases the Assignment to FIVE POINTS � ����
<br />BANK by John R, Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson, husband and wife, as Assignors, on the
