Rev.,Stat. 76-201): <br />A portion of Lot One (1) Island, in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section Twenty Nine (29); Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6 P.M., more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point One Hundred Sixteen and Nine Tenths (116.9) <br />feet north and Thirty-Three (33) feet west of the Southeast <br />corner of said Section, this also being the Southeast corner of <br />said Lot One (1) Island. Commencing at this point of beginning <br />thence east thirty-three (33') feet to a point on the east line <br />of said section and also Lot One (1), thence north on the Section <br />line a distance of Seven Hundred Fifty Seven and Seven tenths <br />(757.7) feet to a point on the center line of the Wood River <br />channel, thence deflecting left 135 deg.
