<br />WHEREAS, Edward J. Swiatek, did by a Security Instrument dated June 8, 2006, and recorded on June 9, 2006, as
<br />Document No. 0200605211 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Grand Island, convey the property
<br />to the named Trustee, to secure payment of the described debt, the property being legally described commencing on the first page
<br />of this instrument.
<br />W HEREAS, the Security Instrument provides that the lender shall have the power to remove the original trustee or any
<br />successor trustee, and to appoint in writing (acknowledged and recorded) a successor to such trustee, who shall succeed to the
<br />title and all of the rights and powers of the Original Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is the owner and holder of the note described and secured by the Security Instrument, and
<br />the payee of such debt.
