<br />is Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2" & Vine Street, P. O. Box 246, Silver Creek,
<br />Nebraska, 68663, Trustee, and Bank of Clarks, whose address is 301 North Green, P. O. Box 125,
<br />Clarks, Nebraska, 68628-0125, Beneficiary, and recorded July 29, 2009, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hali County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200906244 in the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and de(ivered as confirmed by the endorsement betow;
