<br />agree to amend the Restrictive Covenants, Restricrions, and Conditions No. 12 as follows:
<br />As to Lot 20 - an additional garage, whether attached to the main residential structure or detached,
<br />Shall have the option to open to the front of the lot to face Stagecoach Road. Any detached garage or any
<br />Other out building shall be of the same quality and material or construction as the outside finish and roof of
