<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY" GIVEN that on the � � day of March, 2011, CitiMorlgage, Inc., as
<br />the plaintiff, riled its Complaint in the District Court of I[all County, Nebraska. against Michelle
<br />Kleier and Jonathan Kleier, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to
<br />obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Michelle Kleier and Jonathan Kleier,
<br />wife and husband, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to
<br />foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named
<br />defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction
<br />of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed
<br />oftrust is dated July 31, 2009, and was recorded August 4, 2009 as Instrument Number 0200906463
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary
<br />the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty -four (24), Wolfe's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on March 9, 2011, as Instrument Number 201101848 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
