<br />TH1S DEED OF TRUST ("Security Instrument") is made on FEBRUARY 28, 2011, among the grantor DONALD
<br />L SWAN AND CELINE D SWAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF
<br />SURVIVORSHIP ("Borrower"). The trustee is GREAT WESTERN BANK ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Ine. ("MERS") (solely as nominee for Lender, as hereinafter defined, and Lender's successors and
<br />assigns). MERS is organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, and has an address and telephone number of Post Office
<br />Box 2026, Flint, Michigan 48501-2026, telephone (888)679-MERS. GREAT WESTERN BANK which is organized and
<br />existing under the laws of SOUTH DAKOTA, and whose address is 200 E lOTH STREET SUITE 100, SIOUX
<br />FALLS, SD 57104 ("Lender"). Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR
<br />HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE AND 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $68, 463 .00). This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated
<br />the same date as this Security Instrument ("Note"), which provides for monthly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier,
<br />due and payable on MA1zCH 1, 2026. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced
<br />by the Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note; (b) the payment of all other sums, with
