<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />STEVEN R EISENMANN AND TR.ACY M EISENMANN HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary narned therein, dated
<br />JANLIARY 15, 2008 and recorded JANLJARY 24, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrwnent 200800558 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in considerarion of such payment in accardance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, rerruse,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
