<br />JONATHAN SCHWEITZER, Successor Trustee of the SCHWETTZER REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST, dated JANUARY 10, 1994, Grantor, pursuant to the terms of the Trust, does
<br />hereby distribute, convey and release to RONALD SCHWEITZER, ALAN SCHWEITZER and
<br />LAVERNE JARZYNKA, Grantees, and undivided one-third interest to each Grantee in the

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution of
<br />the real estate from the Successor Trustee. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority as Successor Trustee to convey and release the
<br />above described real estate.
