Moss and Donna L. Moss, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the <br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 10th day of February 2004, and recorded on the 12th day of February <br />2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Half County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200401252, has <br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, <br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said <br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
