Voss and <br />Beverly A. Voss, husband and wife as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska, as <br />Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of August 23, 1990 and recorded August 30, <br />1990 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90- <br />105017 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without <br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired <br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the foffowing: <br />All of Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), Block Twelve (12), Brett & Johnson's <br />Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hafl County, Nebraska, except the following portion, <br />beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 18 of said Block 12, thence northerly on the east line of <br />said Lot 18 a distance of 32.6 feet, thence southwesterly a distance of 93 feet to an intersection <br />with the south line of Lot 17 of said Block 12, at a point 5.1 feet west of the Southeast corner of <br />said Lot 17, thence easterly on the south line of said Lots 17 and 18, a distance of 87.1 feet to <br />the point ofi beginning, Excepting a certain tract as shown in Report of Appraisers recorded as <br />Document No. 78-006786. <br />Trustee: HERITAGE BANK <br />WOOD RIVER, �BR <br />� '� <br />ay� . <br />James E.
