<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 28, 2000 executed b� Central Propetties Inc., a
<br />Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hafl Coun#y, Nebraska, 7Q�t� '
<br />recorded as Document #0200002426, on the 30th day of March, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as fiollows:
<br />PARCEL 1: LOT TWENTY-ONE (21), BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17}, ASHTON PLACE,
<br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND AS SHOWN IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 115, PAGE 375
<br />AND PARCEL2: FRACTIONAL LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3) AND ALL OF LOT
<br />FOUR (4), IN BLOCK THIRTY-SIX IN PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of T� ust, ti�e unders�gned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
