<br />OF EACH OTHER, aS tI'LiStOT', to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 4, 1992 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No 92-109727, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
