<br />such advarrces were made on the date of this Securiry inshvment regardiess of the fact that from ame to teme there
<br />may be no balance due under thc note and re$ardtess of whether Lender is obFigaud to make such fuhve advances.
<br />CROSS COLi,ATERALIZATION. It is the expressed irnent of Grantor w cross coltateralize ali of its
<br />Indebtedness and obiigations to I.ender, howsoever arisiug and whensoever incurced.
<br />CONSTRUCTIOIV LOA1V AGREEMENT. This Security Inshvment is made in conjunetion with a Construction
<br />L.oan Agreemeni dated the same date as this Security InsUwnent and is subject to all of the provisions of the
<br />Construcrion i..osu Agreement as if those provisions were fulty set forth in this security Insinunent and made a part
<br />of it.
