A breach of the obligations contained in the Deed of Trust has occurred as a result of <br />the failure to pay principal and interest payments due under the obligation secured by the Deed of <br />Trust. The Trust property described in the Deed of Trust is as follows: <br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), having a lake front footage of 180 feet, <br />situated on the East side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a <br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 SW 1/4), in Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North Range (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, commonly known as 69 Kuester Lake, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />The undersigned Successor Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the property <br />described above to satisfy the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />This Notice of Default is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be <br />used for that purpose. If the Trustor or any other person obligated under the debt secured by the <br />Deed of Trust has been a Chapter 13 bankruptcy debtor, and the note holder or its representative <br />has obtained relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. §362 in that person's bankruptcy <br />proceeding, and thereafter that person converted to a Chapter 7 and a discharge was granted to <br />that person, that person will have no personal liability for the above referenced debt.
