<br />SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB, also known as SUSAN A. KLEEB and KELVIN E. KLEEB,

<br />(Nl/ZNW'/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW'/4NE'/o) of
<br />Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of
<br />the 6th P.1Vi. Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SE'/4SW'/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Westerly One-Third (W1/3) of Lot

<br />excepting a certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska more particularly
<br />described in Warranty deed recorded in Book 133, Page 619;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NEI/4SW'/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N'/2SW'/4) Section Twenty-One (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Grantors' interest in Lots numbered Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) of
<br />Section Twenty-Eight (28), and also a strip of ground along the south side of Lot
<br />Seven (7) from the Section line between Sections Twenty-Eight (28) and Twenty-
<br />Nine (29) to the northerly approach of a former bridge now removed crossing the
<br />Platte River South from said Lot Seven (7), in Section Twenty-Eight (28), all in
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and also an interest in a bridge approaching this land across the North
<br />Channel of the Platte River on the Section line East of said Section Twenty-Eight
