<br />SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB, TRUSTEE OF THE SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1997, AS AMENDED, GRANTOR, for and in
<br />consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), received from GRANTEE, SUSAN
<br />ALLAN KLEEB, TRUSTEE OF THE SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB REVOCABLE LIVING
<br />TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY �,� , 2011, AS AMENDED, conveys to

<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3) on Island, in Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3) on Island in Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The East Ten (10) acres of Lot Six (6) in Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />All of a tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NW'/4NE'/4) and Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Section Twenty-Eight (28),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) North, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County Nebraska, lying south of the Interstate Highway which is located on that
<br />portion of the above-described property conveyed to the State of Nebraska and
<br />described in the deed record in Book 135 of the Deed Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, at page 455; and
<br />All of Grantor's interest in Lots numbered Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) of
<br />Section Twenty-Eight (28�, and also a strip of ground along the south side of Lot
<br />Seven (7) from the Section line between Sections Twenty-Eight (28) and Twenty-
<br />Nine (29) to the northerly approach of a former bridge now removed crossing the
<br />Platte River South from said Lot Seven (7), in Section Twenty-Eight (28), all in
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and also an interest in a bridge approaching this land across the North
<br />Channel of the Platte River on the Section line East of said Section Twenty-Eight
<br />(28) above-described, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
