<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, STATE BANK OF TABLE ROCK of Table Rock, City of
<br />Table Rock, County of Pawnee, State ofNebraska, as trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 9, 2007 executed by Catherine A. Sikes, a Single Person, as trustor, in which STATE
<br />BANK OF TABLE ROCK is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded in
<br />Instrument # 0200709778 on the 16` day of November 2007 in the of�ice of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from STATE BANK OF TABLE ROCK, TABLE
<br />ROCK, NEBRASKA the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secure�i thereby
<br />have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: Catherine A. Sikes, the estate now held by it under, to-wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Eighty Six (86), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
