<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by NICOLE M
<br />ESCHLiMAN AND THOMAS J ESCHLIMAN, AS WIFE AND HUSBAND as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUS
<br />COMPANY, NA as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 2, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number 0200706630 and Beneficial Interest in
<br />said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number NA
<br />has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
