Grobe, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 27, 2006 as Instrument No. <br />0200608624, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), GOSDA SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
