Box 760, #14 LaBarre, Gibbon, NE 68840 ("Lender"). DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated June 1 1, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Desd of Trust Dated June 11, 2010 recorded in the records of the Hatl County Register of Dseds on June 11, 2010 as Instrument NO 0201004064. � � REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska: Lots Three (3) and Four (41, in Block Four (4) Gladstone Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska The Real Property or its address is commoniy known as 2915 & 2923 W. Louise, Grand Island, NE 68803. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Loan Amount Increased from 5161,000.00 to 5360,000.00. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in futt force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future moditications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note"1.
