<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated August 22, 2005, executed by Gerald G. Aldana and Shannon M. Aldana,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as �d
<br />Instrument #0200508233 on the 22nd day of August, 2005, and ��
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite 21, "C" Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime in Unit Three (3), Lot Two (2), Block
<br />Eight (8) Replat, Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as shown on the plat and plan for "C" Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime and the
<br />declaration thereof, and any amendments thereto, and subj ect to the declaration, grants, covenants,
<br />easements, conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership of "C" Windsor
<br />Square Condominium Property Regime, as set forth therein and of record as Instrument 200210008, and
<br />any amendments thereto, all as contained in the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 1 st day of March, 2011.
