Ehlers, a single person Grantee(s), real properly in Hall County, Nebraska, described as <br />follows: <br />Lot One Hundred Eighty-three (183) and One Hundred Eighty-four (184) in Belmont Addition to <br />the City of Grand Ysland, Hall County, Nebraska <br />THIS DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: February� 2011 <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
