<br />I, Betty L. MacKinnon, of Grand Island, Nebraska, make, constitute and
<br />appoint my daughter, Betty Andersen, af Casper, Wyoming, my true and lawful
<br />attorney in fact for me and in my name, place and stead, on my behalf, and
<br />for my use and bene£it:
<br />1. To deposit in my name and for my account with any bank or ather
<br />£inancial institution all moneys payable or belonging to me, including
<br />checks and all other commercial instruments, and to sign my name and endorse
<br />all documents for deposit or collection or any other purpose.
<br />2. To withdraw all moneys deposited with any bank or other financial
<br />institutions and to draw checks, sign withdrawal slips and execute any other
<br />instruments necessary for withdrawing moneys belonging to me.
<br />3. To sell, transfer, exchange, mortgage, encumber by security agreement,
<br />or any other form of encumbrance my real estate and personal property, and
<br />to execute and deliver deeds, including deeds of warranty, contracts, bills
<br />of sale, mortgages, security agreements and other documents necessary to act
<br />in carrying out these powers.
<br />4. To collect, sue, compromise or otherwise dispose of any claim or debt
<br />due or payable to me, and to pay, compromise or otherwise discharge and
<br />secure releases from any obligations owed to me.
<br />5. To hold, manage, invest, reinvest, trade, exchange, buy and sell
<br />investments and investment securities.
<br />6. To lease, rent, manage, terminate leases, contract as to, and generally
<br />d eal in and use all af my real estate and interests in real estate, upon
<br />covenants, conditions, terms and provisions my at�orney in fact shall
<br />determine, receive and collect all rents and all other amounts due me as
<br />security for the faithful performance of leases and all rents due and
<br />payable to me, and execute a11 necessary documents and other papers
<br />pertaining to my real estate.
<br />7. To exercise or perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation
<br />whatsoever that I now have, ar may hereafter acquire the legal right, power,
<br />or capacity to exercise or perform, relating to any person, item,
<br />transaction, thing, business property, real or personal� tangible or
<br />intangible, or matter whatsoever.
<br />This Durable Power of Attorney shall not be affected by my disability
<br />as princi.pal. I reserve the right to revoke this Durable Power o£ Attorney
<br />in writing.
<br />A photocopy of this Durable Power of Attorney has the same force and effect
<br />as the original signed and acknowledged by me.
