Z <br />� s <br />N � •� � � <br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement are the old lender, namely PlatteValley <br />State Bank & Trust Company hereinafter called LENDER #1; and the new lender, <br />namely Home Federal Savings & Loans Association of Grand Island, its Successors <br />and/or Assigns, hereinafter called LENDER #2 and Drue L. Bamesberger and Beth J.
