<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except
<br />3.718 acres thereof deeded to the County of Hall, as shown in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Book 164, Page 591; and
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW%4NW'/4), Section Two (2),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6` P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution of
<br />the real estate from said estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS
<br />have legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
