Lyle Whiting Revocable Living <br />Trust UTA dated 11-13-1992, Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Ryan D. Voss, Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/25E1/4) in Section Eleven (11), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska lying North of U. S. Highway 30 <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real property and that it is free from encumbrances, <br />except easements, reservations, right-of-ways, protective covenants, and restrictions of <br />record, including without limitation, those exceptions listed on Schedule B-Section II of <br />Title Commitment 11-2144 with Old Republic Insurance Company, and all regular taxes <br />and special assessments, except those levied or assessed subsequent to the date hereof; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real property described above against any acts <br />of the Grantor. <br />Executed this 22nd day of February, 2011. <br />�`rustee of the W.
