<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 15, 2010 executed by O'Connor Properties, L.L.C., Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which
<br />is recorded in Inst. 0201009362, of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the Note or
<br />Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust has been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following described real
<br />estate, to
