HAMM and NATASHA L. HAMM, husband and wife, executed a certain Deed of Trust in <br />favor of MICHALYNN WAGNEIZ, SUCCBSSOR TRUSTEE UF THE ROBERT L. WAGNER <br />AND ERMA F. WAGNER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2006, AS AMENDED, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. <br />200909213 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for <br />reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases <br />said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Seven (7) in Bonnie Brae Addition in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor PHILIP R.
