<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />November 24, 2009, by JEB S. WOLSLEBEN (UNMARRIED), Trustor, in favor of
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and
<br />THOMAS M. LOCHER, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on December 7, 2009, as
<br />Instrument No. 200909603, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of
<br />an Assignment filed in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 2, COOPER SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COLTNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, THOMAS M.
<br />LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §
<br />76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy
<br />the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
