<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Century Hills Golf
<br />Club LLC, Trustor(s), to The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2005 in
<br />which The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded March 29, 2007 as Document
<br />No. 200702491 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said
<br />beneficiaries have requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:

<br />Lot 2, Block 1, Centura Hills East Subdivision, An Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
