Willoughby and Joyce M. Willoughby, <br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary <br />named therein, dated the 5th day of January 2005, and recorded on the 7th day of <br />January 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 200500225, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, <br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb.
