<br /> YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br /> August 27, 2008, by LARRY T. HAMS and DESIREE D. HAMS, husband and wife, Trustors, in
<br /> favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and
<br /> THOMAS LOCHER, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on August 28, 2008, as Instrument
<br /> No. 2008-07466, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br /> assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br /> SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated January 31, 2011, and
<br /> filed for record on February 8, 2011, as Instrument No. 2011-01068 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br /> LOT 8 AND 9 IN BLOCK 8, IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY,
<br /> NEBRASKA.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee, THOMAS
<br /> LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §
<br /> 76-1012.
<br />
<br /> By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy
<br /> the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br /> Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
