N <br />O <br />0 <br />W <br />00 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED <br />Erika Knapstein, Attorney at Law, 12400 Olive Blvd., Ste 555, St. Louis, Missouri, 63 14 1, hereinafter <br />referred to as Grantor, as [successor] Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Grantee, without any <br />covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred by a Trust Deed with power of sale recorded <br />on 07/24/2003, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document 0200309553 wherein <br />Shane T. Seim, a Married Person and Jennifer D.
