<br />29, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200608714 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 12 West
<br />of the 6` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or
