<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated September 13, 1994 and recorded in the Real Estate Records �, ,�., p
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document #94-107758 Gail W. Leetch, Kenneth D. Leetch and
<br />Mary J. Leetch did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to
<br />as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has
<br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the
<br />Beneficiaxy;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the
<br />above-described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re-
<br />confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Parcel (1) The Northerly Sixty Feet (N60') of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Eighty-Seven (87) of the Original Twon, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel (2) Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty Eight (28), in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
