Leetch, Kenneth D. Leetch and <br />Mary J. Leetch did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to <br />as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has <br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the <br />Beneficiaxy; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R.
