Leetch, Kenneth D. Leetch and Mary <br />J. Leetch did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney ��, <br />at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to as <br />Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has <br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the <br />Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R.
