<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by STEVEN
<br />L. GRIFFIN, a single person, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of SUSAN J. GRIFFIN, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 14, 2003, and re-
<br />corded January 15, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument Number 0200300601, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block One (1), in Bartling's Subdivision, located on part of Lot
<br />Fifteen (15), County Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S 1/2SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4NE 1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), all
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
