Matthews, a single <br />person and Kendra J. Stauffer, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Francisco A.
