<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinaftPr described, for� valuable consa..derat�_on, hereby
<br />grants and �:onveys to HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. 636 Grand
<br />Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL 33510, Grantee, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 7, 2006., and recorded on April 12,
<br />2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 200603225 wherein Richard Rivera, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above descr.ibec� to seciar.e, amonc� �+�? cbligati�rs,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $60,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof.
<br />That the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Household
<br />Financial Services, Inc. by an Assignment dated August 23, 2010 and
<br />recorded on September 3, 2010 at Instrument No. 201006332 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
