<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 2 � day of �anuary � 2011, by and
<br />among WILMAR REALTY, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, herein referred to as
<br />"Trustor", whose mailing address is 620 West State Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; OLD
<br />REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Trustee", whose mailing address is c/o Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co., 704 West
<br />3rd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; and HARRY C. PREISENDORF, TRUSTEE AND
<br />HIS SUCCESSORS IN TRUST UNDER THE HARRY C. PREISENDORF REVOCABLE
<br />TRUST; PAULINE M. PREISENDORF, TRUSTEE AND HER SUCCESSORS IN TRUST
<br />UNDER THE PAULINE M. PREISENDORF REVOCABLE TRUST; HARRY C.
<br />PREISENDORF and JOANN WIELAND, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Beneficiary".
<br />The mailing address for Beneficiary HARRY C. PREISENDORF, TRUSTEE AND HIS
<br />SUCCESSORS IN TRUST UNDER THE HARRY C. PREISENDORF REVOCABLE TRUST;
<br />PAULINE M. PREISENDORF, TRUSTEE AND HER SUCCESSORS IN TRUST UNDER
<br />THE PAULINE M. PREISENDORF REVOCABLE TRUST and HARRY C. PREISENDORF
<br />is 4042 Sandalwood Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 and the mailing address for
<br />Beneficiary JOANN WIELAND is 22 E. Shore, Johnson Lake, Nebraska 68937.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following-
<br />described property located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The South One Hundred Fifty Eight (158) Feet of the West One Hundred (100)
<br />feet of Lot Seventeen (17), of Home Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a certain tract deeded to the City of Grand
<br />Island more particularly described in Book 158, page 552,
<br />together with the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, all of which are
<br />hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of
<br />the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property".
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />(a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's note of
<br />even date herewith in the principal sum of ONE HiJNDRED FORTY
<br />THOUSAND AND No/100 DOLLARS ($140,000.00), together with
<br />interest at the rate provided therein, or the principal and interest on any
<br />futuxe advance not to exceed the total principal sum initially secured
<br />hereby as evidenced by a promissory note stating said promissory note is
<br />secured hereby, and any and all renewals, modifications and extensions of
<br />such note, both principal and interest on the note being payable in accor-
<br />dance with the terms set forth therein, which by this reference is hereby
<br />made a part hereof;
