To do any act of management or of conservation with respect to an interest in real property, or a right incident to real property, owned or claimed to be owned by the principal, including power to: (a) insure against a casualty, liability, or loss; (b) obtain or regain possession or protect the interest or right by litigation, action, or otherwise; (c) pay, compromise, or contest taxes or assessments or apply for and receive refunds in connection with them; and (d) purchase supplies, hire assistance or labor, or make repairs or alterations in the real property. 4. To use, develop, alter, replace, remove, erect, or install structures or other improvements on real property in which the principal has or claims to have an estate, interest, or right. 5. To change the form of title of an interest in or right incident to real property. 6. To dedicate easements or other real property in which the principal has or claims to have an interest to public use, with or without consideration. 7. To pay, set over and deliver all sums of money which have or may become due and owing by me, arising out of such closing and purchase, and to release, assign, satisfy, and enforce by litigation, act�on, or otherwise a mortgage, deed of trust, encumbrance, lien, or other claim to real property that exists or is claimed to e�st or otherwise settle any dispute and compromise any and all claims in connection therewith as my Attorney-In-Fact may deem proper. 8. To take such other action in connection therewith as my Attorney-In-Fact may deem to be necessary or desirable. 9. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to complete and execute a Form 1802 Loan Application, or similar form should a new such form be promulgated by the Veterans Administration. 10. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to utilize the following specific amount of my loan guaranty eligibility or entitlement: $36,000. 11. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to complete and execute an acknowledgment of intent to occupy the property described above as my principal residence and homestead, and hereby declare my intent to so occupy the property. 12. I hereby declare that I will not be able to be present at the closing of the property described above. 13. The purchase price of the above-described property being acquired by the undersigned is $148,000.
