To do any act of management or of conservation with respect <br />to an interest in real property, or a right incident to real <br />property, owned or claimed to be owned by the principal, <br />including power to: <br />(a) insure against a casualty, liability, or loss; <br />(b) obtain or regain possession or protect the <br />interest or right by litigation, action, or <br />otherwise; <br />(c) pay, compromise, or contest taxes or <br />assessments or apply for and receive refunds <br />in connection with them; and <br />(d) purchase supplies, hire assistance or labor, or <br />make repairs or alterations in the real <br />property. <br />4. To use, develop, alter, replace, remove, erect, or install <br />structures or other improvements on real property in which <br />the principal has or claims to have an estate, interest, or <br />right. <br />5. To change the form of title of an interest in or right incident <br />to real property. <br />6. To dedicate easements or other real property in which the <br />principal has or claims to have an interest to public use, <br />with or without consideration. <br />7. To pay, set over and deliver all sums of money which have or <br />may become due and owing by me, arising out of such <br />closing and purchase, and to release, assign, satisfy, and <br />enforce by litigation, act�on, or otherwise a mortgage, deed of <br />trust, encumbrance, lien, or other claim to real property that <br />exists or is claimed to e�st or otherwise settle any dispute <br />and compromise any and all claims in connection therewith <br />as my Attorney-In-Fact may deem proper. <br />8. To take such other action in connection therewith as my <br />Attorney-In-Fact may deem to be necessary or desirable. <br />9. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to complete and <br />execute a Form 1802 Loan Application, or similar form <br />should a new such form be promulgated by the Veterans <br />Administration. <br />10. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to utilize the <br />following specific amount of my loan guaranty eligibility or <br />entitlement: $36,000. <br />11. I hereby authorize my Attorney-In-Fact to complete and <br />execute an acknowledgment of intent to occupy the property <br />described above as my principal residence and homestead, <br />and hereby declare my intent to so occupy the property. <br />12. I hereby declare that I will not be able to be present at the <br />closing of the property described above. <br />13.
