<br /> WHEREAS, the FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF Team Bank N.A. Ma
<br /> Fort Calhoun State Bank, as . Trustee (the "FDIC"), whose mailing address is 1601 Bryan Street; 32"d Floor, Dallas TX 75201,
<br /> in its capacity as Receiver for Team Bank N.A. (the "Bank") under the Trust Deed dated June 20, 1983 executed by Gary
<br /> L Settje and Rose A Settje, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, and recorded on July 6, 1983, as Instrument Number 83-
<br /> 003584, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received a written request to reconvey,
<br /> reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the Note secured thereby
<br /> have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for full cancellation:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Gary L Settje and Rose A Settje the
<br /> estate now held by it thereunder, to wit:
