Schultz and Donna J. Schultz, husband and wife, <br />as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and a one half interest to Benny L. Winget and <br />Linda S. Winget, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantees, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201) in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Three (3), in Robinson's <br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of vacated <br />alley and street as shown in Ordinance No. 274, filed December 20, 1991, in the <br />Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 91-108540. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having sold said land to the <br />Grantees for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that <br />above recited, being full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Lee Hostetler, recorded on November 16, 2009, as Instrument No. <br />200909068; in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
